Mr. José Carlos Quadrado
President, ENAEE
Prof. Dr. José Carlos Quadrado is a leading international authority in engineering education pedagogy and the current President of the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE). An electrical engineer by training, he has a widely recognized academic and leadership trajectory. He also serves as President of ENTER — the global network that certifies the engineering educator profession — and of the International Division of ASEE (United States).
Ms. Claire Peyratout

Porf. Claire Peyratout, a graduate of ESCOM (1991) and holder of both an MSc and a PhD in chemistry from Purdue University (USA), is Professor at the University of Limoges within ENSIL-ENSCI. A specialist in materials chemistry, her research focuses on ceramic and hybrid materials as well as physico-chemical interfaces. She has held several academic responsibilities and carried out international collaborations, notably at the Max Planck Institute in Germany. A long-standing member of the academic college of the CTI, she was elected President of the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI) in July 2024, succeeding Élisabeth Crépon.
Ms. Fatima Zahra Alami

Prof. Fatima Zahra Alami is a Professor at Hassan II University of Casablanca and holds a PhD in Business Administration. Her expertise covers strategic management, human resources management, and competency-based training and development. She also works as a consultant in organizational diagnostics and training engineering. Certified as a “Master Practitioner Coach” by CQPNL in Canada, she is a member of several academic and professional committees and frequently participates in conferences across academic and socio-economic fields. Since 2023, she has been serving as Director of the National Agency for Evaluation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education and Scientific Research (ANEAQ) in Morocco.
Ms. Salma Damak

Prof. Salma Damak Ayadi is a university professor specializing in accounting, auditing, and governance, currently serving as the Director General of the Tunisian Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation (ATEA) since June 2023. Formerly Director of the IHEC Carthage, she has extensive expertise in higher education quality assurance, accreditation frameworks, and international standards (ISO 21001, ISO 9001). She acts as an evaluator for the HCERES (France) and the IEAQA (Tunisia) and has published numerous works on IFRS adoption, corporate governance, financial transparency, and ethics in auditing. Her career bridges academic leadership, institutional evaluation, and applied research to strengthen quality management and accreditation in higher education.
Ms. Hélène Guiol
Chief of Education, UNESCO
Ms. Hélène Guiol is Chief of Education at the UNESCO Regional Office for the Maghreb, based in Rabat. She specializes in education policies with a focus on literacy, youth, training, and skills development, particularly technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and work-based learning. She joined UNESCO in 2013 after several years of experience in a vocational training center in France. She holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation in Education and Training from Paris-Descartes University and a Master’s degree in Modern History from Paris-Sorbonne University. She regularly contributes to initiatives and discussions on skills, employability, and youth inclusion.
